We work with local authorities, health systems and the voluntary sector to bring multiple directories and websites together in one unifying approach that breaks down silos and reduces digital estates, to improve resident experience and enable early signposting.
Unmanageable multiple directories, numerous websites, stale data, unwieldy lists and teams working in silos means that local support and service data is fragmented and not up-to-date. As a result local authorities and local health systems miss opportunities to signpost early and improve long-term health outcomes whilst people struggle to find the support they need. This fragmentation also means that commissioners don’t have all the data and insight they need to make informed decisions.
Ayup are experts in this space. We co-design with local stakeholders, bringing together siloed teams and organisations, to coalesce around the creation of a digital community asset for the whole of the community.
Making sense of your digital directory and website landscape is half the battle. Our discovery services are focussed on understanding what resident-facing directories and websites make up your digital estate and its impact on your Digital & IT offering and capabilities. This consultation exercise often identifies directories and websites covering SEND Local Offer, Family Information Services (FIS), Care Leavers Local Offer, Public Health and Voluntary Community & Social Enterprise (VCSE).
We’ve been helping communities break down silos to enable better resident experience and early signposting since 2018 . We can help you to make sense of your digital landscape and build a long-term strategy for success, helping you to understand opportunities to streamline data, identify efficiencies and transform digital journeys.
We know that digital directories come and go. There is often “directory fatigue” because the problem of new websites and directories sprouting up then disappearing (for myriad reasons) is real.
This is why co-production is vital, to ensure that you’re creating something that is fit for purpose and designed with users in mind. By involving stakeholders from the get go with workshops designed to understand their perspective, our co-production approach paves the way for collaborative working so you’re working on what you know, rather than what you assume.
Our flexible and modular platform, Ayup Connect is built for interoperability, allowing us to integrate with other platforms and systems. This helps you to fix the plumbing of disjointed websites, data and duplication.
Our products are adaptable, meeting the requirements of different types of organisations and audiences. Here are some of the sectors and teams we work alongside.
